Greg is the Executive Director of the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum and Jerry is a writer and historian and he served as executive director of the Santa Barbara Trust for Historic Preservation for more than 30 years. Jerry is also the newest board member of the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum.
We cover everything from Italian immigrants in Santa Barbara to maritime and Chumash history and even oil seepage off the coast. Plus Greg lets us know about the upcoming Kardboard Kayak Race at the harbor Saturday, July 7, 2018.
We also bring in Craig Lingham. Craig used to run the snack bar at Lake Cachuma. Now all these years later he'll be running the new restaurant at Lake Cachuma called Smoke on Water.
