Up next it's Brian Gloria from il Fustino here in Santa Barbara along with wine expert John Krska from the Santa Ynez Valley. Brian describes how the oils and vinegars at il Fustino are created and John chimes in with the taste and health benefits of cooking with olive oil rather than butter or vegetable oils. Thought for the day from John Krska: Good wine isn't cheap and cheap wine isn't good. It's the same for olive oil and vinegar.
