Michael DeRousse from The Palace Grill is with us in studio. We discuss some Cajun-Creole holiday traditions and Michael joins in to interview our guests throughout the show.

First up is Alejandra Sarachaga. Alejandra writes a cooking column for the English language newspaper in Baja called the Gringo Gazette. She shares some of her family's holiday traditions and recipes including bacalao.

Next we hear from Louie Lucas. Louie talks about some of the special wines Lucas and Lewellen has created for the holidays including Ports and Gewürztraminers.
